everyone needs to look at the interview of katherine h on the johnathon ross show where she CLEARLY states what exactly happened. and @jr saying she is selfish for havin a baby is probably the most backward stupid thing i have ever ever heard! If you love justin chambers so much would u not take his word that she is a gud person? none of us know her so i dont think its fair to judge. Im not even a big fan of KH but i loved izzie and alex together would love to see them reunited, the sooner Izzie returns....the better!!

This is another example of just the mention of Katherine Heigle's name makes my head spin. Not only did she leave in a very unprofessional manner, telling them that she would come back from maternity leave and then doesn't show, but she was not thinking of the producers, the fans and her castmates, especially Justin. He worked for several seasons with a storyline with KH and it didn't matter to her that she left him high and dry. She was only thinking of herself. He's a gentleman and says how he misses working with her but she did not do the same for him. She is selfish and self-absorbed. I hope his storyline moves on from her and the mention of Izzie Stevens is in the past. He's a good actor and deserves a costar that appreciates him and has his back too.

They need to bring Izzy Back! I agree that Alex wont be the same because Izzy is gone. I think She needs to stay. I really Liked Izzy. BRING IZZY BACK!!!!

Izzie must get back to the show. You cant break the bond, the soul of the show (Mer, Yang, Alex, George, Izzie ) they started off together, they should have ended together. Izzıe has won our hearts through out the series. And we can feel her absence. Alex & Izzie were loved as much as Mer & Der. So please get her back to the show

Maybe Alex can to the Izzie/Danny masturbation thing about Izzie LOL. Show Derek listening outside the bedroom - and he says "Who's in there with Karev?" "MEREDITH?" lol. Meredith appears from the kitchen and Alex comes out sweating . . . then goes back in talking to himself LOL. Disappears from OR while performing heart surgery LOL . . . crack-up!

Now that I look back I don't think that Alex was ever Izzie's second choice when it came to love episode 100 solidified that for me. I DO think that Izzie took Alex for granted and had trust issues with him (which is why she left the first time I mean you should assume that your husband tried to step up to protect you not ruin your career)
I think that Alex was Izzie's second choice when it came to everything in life (cancer,losing your best friend,getting fired) and Izzie wasn't emotionally mature enough to confide in Alex (well she did try to confide in him when it came to George's death but Alex emotionally distanced himself during that time) I really think Izzie probably won't come back for good but maybe @ the end of the series or a guest appearance but that's about it. I really want Alex to mourn for an amount of time but NOT 2 seasons maybe a few episodes but that's it anything more would be overkill.

I don't miss Izzie, I don't want her back, and I want Alex to find a real woman that DOES love him and not be second choice.
Izzie can be happy with Denny in Fantasy-land.

I think it's natural for Alex to pine for Izzie, even if it does annoy the fans. Alex loved Izzie and married her - something he would never have considered doing before her. Without the love he had with Izzie, he wouldn't be the man he is today. You don't just wake up one day and decide to get over someone. It is a process, so it shouldn't come as a big surprise to anyone that he's going to miss her. Is he the one who told her to stay gone? Yes. But that doesn't mean he's over her and it hurts any less.
Stop watching if you must. True fans of a television show stick with it even when they don't agree 100% with the decisions of the writers.

I actually miss Izzie and at the finale when Alex called her name. I actually thought that maybe she would come back, for maybe one or two more episodes to see Alex. I really wish she can come back for atleast to guest star for an episode or more next season. I really miss her. And it would be better. She could come back and end things with Alez better and still stay friends with him. I miss Izzie and Alex together.

I feel like they owe it to Alex to have him move on and find a new love interest. It's obvious that Izzie is never coming back to the show and to torment him with her memory is just dragging things out. I think he should grieve the loss of the relationship for a short time, but not for two seasons. That would be ridiculous and entirely too long.

KH doesn´t deserve to be better paid for a job she doesn´t want. It´s not fair for the actors that are still in the show, like Justin Chambers. Miss Big Mouth doesn´t deserve to be treated like the star of the show, please...
I think that Justin deserves a better storyline for Alex...and he´s a great husband and father. Not all the actors would lose the chance to be a big movie star to raise their children, which tells us how good is Justin.

I would like to say to everyone who seems angry at Katherine and calls her a bitch that they r wrong. Sure she could have handled the leaving part of grey's better, but that's just how it is. And just beacuse she wanted to leave a show doesn't mean she's a bitch, and sure it was this show that was her "BIG Break" but that doesn'tmean that she's a bitch for leaving it! And I'm one of those who want her back on the show, cuz I miss T.R and the old gang! And Izzie is one of my fav carachters (from the early years of greys), now my fav i Calzona cuz they are so bright and shiny breeze, just like Izzie was in the beginning! So Can you just give her a break? C'mon! If she comes back, I couldn't be happier. If she don't, well I just wish that shell keep on doing what she is doing now, shooting movies cuz Those that she's chosen this far has been GREAT and so funny!

I would have rather had Izzie die from the cancer than just leave the way she did. She left us all hanging. Although -- this leaves the door open for a comeback I suppose. But, by then we all may be over it.

I am the biggest Izzie fan but I am so angry the way she left. I think she owed it to her fans to stick it out for the rest of the season and give us the closure. I hold out hope that she'll return someday -- it's been done in other shows but I am really disappointed in her. Regardless, I am a huge fan of hers!

Oh I love Alex and Izzie sooo much!!! They are my favorite couple ever!!! I hated it how they ended, they didn't deserve it!!! After everything they said about each other (A: You're my best shot, Together NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS I'll be ready I:When I think about my future. Who I am now, who I want to be, how I want to spend the rest of my life. When you get that flutter in your chest. Alex. Alex is the man I love.) it seems so fake that they just gave up so I want Alex to mourn ove her but not for so long.. Since she's not coming back I want him to move on...

So nice of Justin Chambers to say that :) Katherine Heigl is actually an amazing actress and She actually was the reason i started to watch Grey's! ( but later got hooked on to it ;))

Izzie and Alex were my FAVORITE COUPLE BY FAR! KH will eventually regret her decision to leave, in my opinion. This series made her. She is a great actress on the show. In my dreamworld, whenever Grey's ends, maybe Izzie will come back for the last few episodes ever and rekindle her love with Alex and they end happily and in love... I wish haha well I can dream...
