I couldn't agree more with these choices, especially the "Best Character" part. Chuck and Blair, along with Jenny, were the most interesting characters for once again.
More Nate/Chuck and Blair/Serena storylines and more NJBC next season, please!

I agree with most of this. I thought the best episodes of Season 3 were:
The Freshmen
They Shoot Humphreys Don't They?
Ex-Husbands and Wives
Last Tango Then Paris
Chuck & Blair will always be the best characters, but Jenny has made lots of progress from a whiny brat in Season 1 to a cold-blooded mischief maker, so she is my next favorite.
Georgina is unquestionably the best guest character. She should not BE a guest; she should be a permanent cast member and be in every episode.
My other favorite guests are Agnes and Damien. Hopefully we get to see lots more of them in Season 4 (and 5 and 6 and 7...).

Together or apart, Ed Westwick and Leighton Meester steal every scene with humor, passion, chemistry and just enough mischief under the surface to keep things interesting."

i totally agree with everything you said!
and i really hope they will stop bringing pointless guest-stars just as publicity stunt next season, Duff, Banks and Lady Gaga were by far the worst and yes that episode with Lady Gaga was the worst of the season, what was that?? certainly NOT Gossip Girl!
Best episode for me was " Last Tango, then Paris. " When Nate and Serena broke up and Jenny got away to Hudson.

I like that. Heading "Worst Character". "Do we even have to say?". Then a big old picture of Chucky Bass. Hit the nail on the head there.

What about Dan! I absolutely LOVE Dan! He has the funniest quotes and he and S belong together! At the best quotes list you never see any of him, why! He is sooo funny! Why!!!
so more Dan on TV fanatic! you are so focused on B & C! I love chair, but you know, I love chair more apart then together. I loved them in the 1st season when they were always fighting, and in the 2nd season when they couldn’t say I love you. But in the 3rd season it was all wrong. In the beginning it was okay (I loved the auction episode!) but after that. The whole drama with his mother and the 1000 times he or she said: you can do it because i love you. blablabla we know it. You got the great chuck bass to say he loves you. And when they broke of (what a jerk C!) Blair was so funny! she became Blair again. The bitch wasn't back, that's what the poster said, but Blair was back! she finally was herself again. Witch the scheming and all that. and I loved how happy she was when she heard she got in Colombia.
Serena: Congratulations, you've officially joined the dark side.
