Love Bites

It's one of the most anticipated new shows of the fall, but it's lost one of its key players already.

Entertainment Weekly confirms that Jordana Spiro has been let go frm Love Bites, the hour-long romantic dramedy premiering this fall from former Sex and the City writer Cindy Chupack. The reason?

Spiro is contractually obligated to remain on TBS for the sitcom My Boys, if it gets renewed. While that possibility is slim, NBC didn't want to take the risk.

Becki Newton must now be considered the main female lead on the show, which will air on Thursday nights at 10 p.m. Check out THIS PREVIEW for it.
