Royal Pains

Royal Pains has booked a couple funny guest stars for a January episode.

The USA hit will conclude its summer season this Thursday and then go on a fall hiatus.

But at least fans of the show can look forward to the appearances of Amy Sedaris and Tom Cavanagh when it returns. The actress will take on the role of Nan Noonan, Jill’s partner for a Hamptons golf tournament; while the former Ed star will portray a golf pro named Jack O’Malley.

Sedaris is best known for Comedy Central’s Strangers With Candy, while Cavanagh co-starred with Eric McCormack in the short-lived TNT series Trust Me.
