As Grey's Anatomy spoilers go, the fact that Meredith and Derek kiss on a future episode is not a major shocker. But still, it happens, and here are some pictures to prove it!

I hope we get lots of MerDer this season and we don't have a repeat of just seeing them at the end of a day just walking out of the hospital holding hands!

I had wondered about Der being baied out when I saw this. If it's his court appearance I would have expected Der to look a bit smarter.
But Mer looks unhappy with Der and he looks like he gets his way in winning her around, hence a kiss on the lips.
But it is nice to see MerDer outside the hospital together, and no one else!

i love ellen pompeo and patrick dempsey those guys are so great and amazing and these pics just kinda made me realize we only got 23 days till grey's comes back on you have no idea how excited i am i might scream right about now (just sayin)
