Britney Spears is all in.

Following weeks of speculation over whether or not the singer would appear on Glee, the iconic pop star Tweeted a picture this week of her and her assistant on set.

Now, Spears has done so again... with a member of the Glee cast!

In a variation on the pose Britney struck years ago with Madonna in their video for "Me Against the Music," Britney poses below with Heather Morris, who plays Brittany and will sing a number of Britney songs on the September 28 Glee episode.

Tweeted Spears along with the photo, paraphrasing this Madonna duet: All my GLEEKERS in the crowd, Grab a partner take it down.

We've also spotted Lea Michele on set, decked out in the same gear Spears wore for her "Baby One More Time" video.

Seriously, the Glee season premiere can't arrive quickly enough!
