    Here are my thoughts and why...
    
    Mark/Lexie: No. As much as I would love them to, I don't think so. Esp after learning that Lexie will be comitted into psych. She needs to get healthy before she gets married. Plus as of the S6 finale, they were not together.
    
    Alex/Lexie: No. After everything Alex has gone through I don't think he will be able to handle it when Lexie has her breakdown, which is understanable. Plus there is the whole he still loves Izzie thing...I don't see them being a couple after her breakdown.
    
    Cristina/Owen: No. They have a lot to get past before they get married.
    
    Callie/Arizona: I think I'm putting my money on them. If they are seriously thinking about children I don't see either of them going foward before they make a comitment to one another.
    
    Another thought, could Meredith and Derek make it leagle? I know Shonda mentioned before she felt the post it was offical enough, that doesn't mean she won't change her mind...

    I think its Owen and Christina as we've seen their mothers. Can't wait :)

    I hope it's Mark & Lexie. They are a GREAT couple and they really need each other so much. Hope Greys gets this one right.

    I hope it's Callie and Arizona. Cuz didn't someone say that Callie was going to ask Arizona something that was going to freak her out. And think about it, all the other caracthers have a bigh storyline for many episodes cuz they got so traumatized, and Calzona got less traumatized. So if they want them to have a storyline I think this might be it; they get married!
