James Remar Speaks on Private Practice Role

by at . Comments

James Remar is coming to Private Practice this fall. What does the veteran character actor have to say about his character on the Grey's Anatomy spinoff, now in its fourth season?

It looks like he and Pete go way back: "He's a bad boy doctor who worked with Doctors Without Borders with Pete (Tim Daly) in the past, and we have history, obviously," he says.

"My character is a doctor who likes working for people that don't have any money, and gives his services for nothing, but some of his patients may be highly questionable."

That's ambiguous, but the cases on Private Practice often blur ethical and moral lines. We're looking forward to the return of Grey's and Practice back-to-back September 23.
