Parenthood is getting a taste of True Blood.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Kevin Alejandro - recurring on that HBO hit as Lafayette's new man toy, Jesus - has landed a multi-episode role on the NBC drama as a love interest for Lauren Graham’s Sarah.

The actor may, therefore, butt heads with Billy Baldwin, who has also signed on as Adam's boss and a potential boyfriend for Sarah. Alejandro's character will also work for Adam's company, as a "blue-collar type" in the warehouse.

Elsewhere, Zosia Mamet (Courtney on United States of Tara) will also recur on Parenthood as Kelsey, Amber’s new good friend.

“She comes from an upper-crust kind of background,” producer Jason Katims told EW.com. “It becomes complicated for Sarah because Amber’s suddenly being taken into this world that’s out of her grasp.”
