Yesterday we posted six sneak previews of Thursday's Grey's Anatomy season premiere. Now we have added a seventh, and unlike the rest, it takes place outside the halls of Seattle Grace-Mercy West, and it doesn't involve Dr. Perkins or counseling sessions.

Derek might need some, however.

That was kind of rough, Grey! Don't worry, though. We have a hunch there will be some quality Mer-Der sex this season as part of his adrenaline junkie phase. Could be worse!
