At the end of the mer der scene he has that look on his face that he is worried or sad, I think that is where the miscarrage scene comes up. I don't know...because remember the picture they had posted up with mer/der hugging but from a point of view where the doors were closed and you could see them through the window? well the merder scene here has that same angle...

I don´t think it has anything to do with the pregnancy/miscarriage. Derek is still clueless about it.
I think he wants to talk about Cristina, because it is said that Mer and Der will help Cristina overcame her PTSD.

@Kristen I don't think is about the pregnancy or the miscarriage, because he would look bother that Meredith didn't tell him herself. Derek doesn't look bother, but then again it could be about that someone tells Derek about someone being pregnant and he thinks is Mer, he is going to ask her and that conversation leads to the revelation of the miscarriage. I agree the sneak peek makes me want to watch the episode now, unfortunately I can't because is not Thursday.

@ madworld, ok I just watched the mer/der clip again, and I think you may be right...I think somehow Der may of found out about the miscarriage, or pregnancy one of the 2, and that is what he is about to ask,....AAAH i love the sneak peeks but hate them at the same time, cause they make me wish thursday was here more then I normally would!

@ madworld...I was wondering the same thing about this episode.... I guess we will find out...part of me thinks that the episode where jackson and april move in is the next one, because there is a promo pic of jackson holding some kind of paper, and april lookin upset, i was wonderin if they got kicked out of their apt somehow, couldnt afford reed and percys share of rent...guess we'll find out

I wonder what Derek wants to talk about, he is asking how Cris is doing, then he say he wants to talk to her about something else. Then she interrupts him, with her speech about being worry. I wonder what he is going to talk her about? Could it be about Jackson and April moving in?

These peeks made me very happy. I loved the one with Bailey and Alex, and then Calzona (yay for some screen time for them) and then the one with Callie and Mark. Yay for Callie knowing she skipped steps and is willing to fix them.

Ellen... You're making me cry!!! Gosh!! SOMEONE tell me why this woman didn't get an Emmy? This merder scene is amazing. It's heartbreaking to know Meredith's worries... Is this part of the miscarriage scene?? I can tell right know that it will make me cry :'( Cant WAIT for this epi!!!

MERDER very emotional and intence scene,Mer is worry all the time ...Derek doesn't know what happens in that or during his operation and i don't speak only the miscarriage but the shooter wanted him to kill on the table -operatory.I image the scene when Mer tells abiut...
Cri is out but as you can to operate in that situation ,the Dr.Perkins is a bad-doc.
Calzona very hilariuos the scene when Arizona wants a "smiley" home and Callie ...beautiful!!!!
Bailey is right Alex cannot be clear for surgery...

Lisa, Mer is telling Der that she is worried about him driving so fast, that shes gonna get a call that he wrapped his car around a tree...I think this mayh be the lead up for the miscarriage convo, they cut it off right as it looks like derek is about to say something

Can anyone tell me what Meredith tells Derek about in the last clip, I'm not able to hear it and won't get audio until late afternoon, it looks intense is it leading up to the miscarriage talk??
