The Vampire Diaries > The Vampire Diaries Review: Statherine Forever? > Comments Page 2
I have a question. If Katherine wants Stefan so bad WHERE was she for the past- oh I don't know- 145 YEARS when he was SINGLE? Talk about waking sleeping beauty.
"How unpopular was Jenna in high school?!? She hosts a barbecue so Alaric can get to know a few of her friends... and the only person to show up just moved back to town a couple weeks ago? Ouch." i totally wrote about this in my first comment but idk why it wasn't posted. but i am pretty much sure damon compelled jenna into throwing it. after all, it was pretty deliberate as to what the bbq was all about.
I totally want Stefan and Kathrine to get together. "I love you, Stefan. We will be together again.I promise" That scene was great.
I miss the badass Damon. I want him back.
Why Stefan? Why now?
If she does love him so why didn't Katherine come back for him in the past couple of years?
She must want something else, as she did live quite well without him for about a century or so.
I love the way ya'll write reviews at TV Fanatic!
That being said I think the review was a little too flattering considering the show we saw.
Firstly, Damon's gone from being a sexy beast to a boring grown up. And is it just me who finds this unrealistic: when he found out Kat wasn't in the tomb, he had a real breakdown, but when he found out Kat had betrayed him for 150 years, had in fact NEVER loved him, and when he ruins the only relationship he has ever cared for in a century (his friendship with Elena) he bounces back to boring Damon next ep? Ugh. Where's the fire cause of this?
And the flashbacks were messy. Some were unnecessary. The whole thing was blown out of proportion, esp Kat's meeting with Elena. They made it sound like such a big deal in the promo, but it was what, 15 seconds?
Finally, what about Elena's book? The one Damon found? I know they handle one issue at a time, but wouldn't Elena have cracked it immediately?
Other than the above flaws, it was sti
Katherine won’t murder Elena.
She will simply set up her death and not have any part in actually metaphorically "pulling the trigger".
She will mastermind it, like a car crash or something :)
Then she will achieve her goal in killing off the competition and trying to win back Stefan
I loved this episode, but i did actually find myself hoping that it was damon in her room rather than stefan... and i kinda wanted him to kiss katherine for real, just to mix things up a bit cos stephen's character is a bit boring at the moment, and because the way katherine loved stefan is the same way Damon loves Elena, so it could work... It would be fun to see stefans character go off the rails a bit. The scene with mason, alaric and damon was so funny especially the loan wolf vs. lady killer digs. Ahh cant wait til next week :)
"If she actually murders Elena, the odds of Stefan actually falling for her are lower than Mason Lockwood Facebook friending Damon." LMAO this makes me laugh so much
