Mozzie is not dead. The bullet went high and to the left of the heart, and there was not enough blood for a shot to the heart. Don't know it was his last breath, we didn't see him turn pale/blue. Mozzie is integral to the show and is not dead.

I am going to be just CRUSHED if Mozzie IS dead! I will refuse to watch next season if they have written him off of the show! He is such a large part of the series! Please someone tell me that his contract has been renewed! That information has to be somewhere out there! :)

Your comments are just hopeful ones. I have seen networks ruin so many shows! Shows as good as white collar. Who knows maybe its not the network. You see in the beginning, I don't think Mozzie was supposed to be such a main part. My guess if they kill him off it will probably be about the money.

I can't believe I have to wait until January to find out what happens. This season has definitely been as good as the last one - no sophomore slump! I really hope Mozzie isn't dead - that would totally blow. I think what he took from Mozzie's pocket was Moz's part of the code translation

Actually, you're totally wrong. There's NO WAY Mozzie could be dead! He is a MAIN CHARACTER and probably the star of this show. They wouldn't just kill him off without warning.
AND if you watch the last couple minutes, Peter, Neal, and Diana run off to find him.

I think your wrong about Mozzie! They made a point to show a bullet ending shot. Facts: Shot to the heart,blood leaking from his clenched fingers,and the most upsetting part was his eyes open and his last breath. I know its a TV show and they can do anything. Until Fall or news before hand that shows he will be coming back, Mozzie is DEAD!!!
