So the "confirmed" identities are:
Coon - Cartman
Iron Maiden - Timmy
Tupperware - Token
Tool Shed - Stan
That just leaves Human Kite, Mosquito, Mintberry, and Mysterion, and the candidates are Kyle, Clyde, Bradley, and Kenny.
The Human Kite IS, 100%, Kyle. This is because Kyle CANNOT be the other 3. Kyle cannot be Mysterion because he is seen with him in the episode 'The Coon'. Kyle also cannot be mintberry because Kyle is not blonde, nor would let Cartman treat him like that. And finally, Kyle is not the mosquito, because 1 - Again, kyle would not let Cartman beat him up, and 2 - The mosquito's childish 'cant we be called mosquito and friends?' is not something Kyle would say. So, by process of elimination, Kyle IS the human Kite!
That leaves Mintberry, Mosquito, and Mysterion, with Bradley, Kenny, and Clyde as the candidates.
Bradley is NOT mysterion because Cartman doesn't mention his name in 'the coon'. So Mysterion is either Kenny or Clyde.

Many superheroes sometimes use an accomplice to trick people into thinking they are someone else, and keeping their real identity secret. I reckon it will be something like that, there are 2 (or more) Mysterions. Therefore, although Clyde or Kenny could be the accomplice, the real Mysterion will be somebody completely unexpected...like Mr.Hat.

Kyle is the human mosquito. Listen to the voice. Kenny is the human kite, mint berry crunch is that random blonde kid from the class, tupperware is token (duh), Mysterion is clyde and Stan is toolshed.

Kyle is definitely the Human Kite. If any of you remember the movie Porky's, there is a scene in the locker room between Tim(redneck)and Brian (Jewish kid) Tim: "Anybody wanna go fly a kite with me tonight? remember wendy's quote from the first episode, how can you be so sure Mysterion is a boy? they could write out anything from the first coon episode to make Mysterion whoever they want IMO, could be wendy...

I've watched a few scenes again, and I changed my mind.
Mosquito is definitely Kyle. See for instance the way Mosquito corrects the coon during the firemen scene. Coon says "You must tell the coon" and Mosquito says "... and friends !!". Typical Kyle's exasperation due to Cartman's behavior. There is also quite a lot a interaction between Tool shed and Mosquito. Finally, the voice is quite similar, if we consider the thing that Mosquito has on his noise and which is adding some pitch to the sound.
For Mysterion, I have no idea. I'm pretty sure he's not Kenny, sincee it is made quite clear Kenny is human kite.

I'd say Mysterion is Kyle, and Kenny is human kite. Kyle is supposed to be the smart, wise kid. Therefore during discussion I coudn't imagine Kyle not arguing with coon's tendancy to rule others. Mosquito could have fit for that, since he tried to bring some democracy into the group. But he was physically dominated by Cartman, so it can't be Kyle. Kyle wouldn't let cartman do that. That's why I'd go for mysterion. Mysterion opposed Coon's decisions several times, so that's kind of fit with wise and smart character of Kyle.

The scene where kenny gets the alarm then the human kite walks into the base implies that kenny is the human kite. Mintberry crunch's hairstyle proves he's bradley. The interactions between mosquito and cartman and how quick stan sides with mosquito prove that he's kyle. the only remaining candidates for mysterion are clyde and wendy, if you'll recall the first coon episode.

Kenny is mintberry crunch. why? b/c when they are in the restaurant, after the coon beats the shit out of mosquito, mintberry crunch is the only one drinking water. Cartman used to make fun of kenny for being poor and only being able to drink water.

i honestly think mysterion is gonna end up being sum random peron neither kenny or clyde. its just something the writers would do. we all know you never whats going to happen dealing with the show. remember when cartmans dad turned out to be his mom and then many seasons later you find out his dad was actually the football player that he killed who was also scott tenermans dad too? DONT THINK TO HARD PEOPLE!!!

Mysterion has to be Clyde because Cartman never mentions Kenny's name on the rooftop on season 13 episode 2!!
At the end of the original episode, when Mysterion unmasks himself, Cartman says... "I even said your name."
So it has to be Clyde, Cartman never mentions Kenny. Besides Kenny is too poor to afford illegal fireworks.

Clyde=Mosquito, Human Kite=Kyle, Mysterion=Kenny; here's why...
1) Kyle cannot be Mosquito, because Kyle would never lose a fight to Cartman. Remember their fight in Canada during christmas...
2)Clyde could totally be Mosquito, because he always undermines Cartman, but is still a little bitch. Remember his breakdown in Somalia when Ike had to slap some sense into him, "*crying* You said ther would be treasure, but there's no treasure waaah"
3)Kenny and Mysterion's goals/methods are the same. Remember that Kenny is the boy who restored humanity after Satan and Sadaam Hussein were stopped from destroying the world, sacrificing himself in the process.
4) Notice that Human Kite and Mysterion in the Coon's ambush of Mosquito, because they (being Kyle and Kenny) would easily beat Cartman, and then Cartman's mom couldn't really kick the Coon out of Coon n Friends, thereby inhibiting the plotline.

Kenny is Mysterion. Due to having an alarm installed in his house, he must be part of the group. However, as stated before, due to his parents not having found it at the time The Mosquito mentions getting in trouble for the alarm, Kenny cannot be The Mosquito. He can also not be Iron Maiden, Tupperware, Tool-Shed, or The Coon because we know their identities for sure. That leaves Mysterion, Human Kite, or Mint-Berry Crunch for Kenny. Due to process of elimination (not having blonde hair, being seen with Mysterion, known characters, and the way The Mosquito is submissive to Cartman (Kyle is never submissive to Cartman)), Kyle has to be the Human Kite. So now Kenny can only be Mysterion or Mint-Berry Crunch. The water-drinking is a confusing element, however other than that, it is highly unlikely that Mint-Berry Crunch is Kenny. Mint-Berry has the same hair-style as Bradley, is also submissive to Cartman (once again, Kenny usually is not), and he seems rather quiet and brainless (like mi

My last and craziest version Myserion = Wendy ya ya Clyde only cover for her - cause she had to get into Cartmans coon basment to spy on him to see his dumb plans :D so they could switch while no one sees (Run out window) ok now im making this more confusing but knowing south park - they will do something crazy , they just made us to discuss long time but in the end ... they could make it that no one really was mysterion from all kids who were there and also idk think mysterion wants others to know his identy so maybe one of kids cover for real mysterion ....

Another possible hint that Kyle is Mosquito is that Kyle's fro wouldn't get flattened out by Human Kite's headpiece like it does, judging by actual appearance. Although there isn't any proof that this would be true, just a thought really.

Kenny is definitely the Human Kite considering the scene when he leaves home and then immediately the scene flashes to that hero. Kyle is absolutely the Mosquito b/c the preaching he does and also i'm sure the joke with the big nose goes with the jewish aspect. and that only leaves clyde really as Mysterion

Clyde is Mysterion. Why???
If you watch the coon 2 - Token says we want to be called the extreme avenger league - All the boys say yeah but only Mysterion and Toolshed (stan) say yeah extreme avenger league and the damning news is that you can hear only stan and clydes voices (he speaks in his normal voice and not mysterions). All the others have their mouths closed including Mosquito and Kite guy.
If you watch the start of the new episode and pause it just before the episode starts when it shows all the characters. You can see Kenny as normal and Mysterion stood at the side but no Clyde.
In the original Coon episode Clyde is the only one asleep when Cartman is giving his talk on the Coon suggesting that Clyde has been up all night protecting the city.
Other people have already put good arguements forward for Clyde. Kyle is definitely Mosquito and Kenny the Human Kite.
