Based on the fact that he said "proposal" and not "engagement" I'm guessing that it WILL be Booth/Hannah. One proposes to the other and gets turned down. My prediction is that Booth proposes to Hannah, but by that point she has realized that he can never love her the way that he loves Bones. So she says no, they break up, and the fans are happy. :)
