As we saw on this week's Grey's Anatomy, "Slow Night, So Long," Derek is taking Cristina's lifestyle change fairly personally. That's why when the show returns December 2 (it's off next Thursday), he takes her on a fishing trip to get away from it all!

That should be interesting to say the least.

Meanwhile, tensions rise between Meredith and Owen in the OR, and Teddy does all she can to help a dying patient with no insurance. Here's a promo for "Adrift and at Peace" ...
