fantastic, anybody that does not like her cannot except change.she is awesome.I am sure the half wits that write bad things also did so when macy was gone and Hetty appeared. she is a keeper.

Nell is totally annoying and unnecessary. She is NOT a team player because she's always in competition with the other agents. Please re-think her position and have her transferred -- permanently!!!! (We are huge fans of Chris O'Donnell and have never missed an episode, but when Nell's on, it's painful.)

She was kind of annoying the first couple of episodes but she has grown on me, not sure how she is replacing Nate however. I like Nate but I don't neccesarily see him as an every show type of character so he can come and go as needed.

noooooooo!!! she's the most annoying tv creature ever and parts of ncis:la have become completely unwatchable and unlikeable because of her presence.

Nothing against the actress, but the character is probably one of the most annoying on TV.
