News of incoming mass causalities after a gunman opens fire at a college hits the staff hard. Still haunted by their own similar tragedy, they must spring into action nonetheless.

Teddy becomes further enmeshed with the treatment of Henry, who we met in "Adrift and at Peace," and Arizona doesn't exactly receive a warm welcome home to Seattle.
