Is Callie Pregnant on Grey's Anatomy?!

by at . Comments

The Grey's Anatomy rumor mill is buzzing today with a simple, but potentially huge bombshell that could have lasting, dramatic implications: Callie is pregnant.

But is this fact or pure speculation?

The rumor likely stemmed from the release of the synopsis for "Start Me Up," the January 13 episode (Grey's Anatomy returns one week earlier, on January 6).

Grey's Girl on Girl Action!

Will Arizona and Callie reconcile ... or is a MAJOR obstacle in the way?

"Arizona tries to reconcile with Callie, who has big news to share; Teddy faces an important decision; the residents receive new interns; the Chief makes an announcement."

That could mean anything, yes ... but what else could it mean? And let's face it, Callie getting pregnant by Mark is the kind of plot Grey's Anatomy would throw at us.

Think about it ... she's been longing to have kids. To have that dream realized, only with the wrong person? How could she and Arizona ever survive THAT twist?

Again, this is all speculation, but you have to admit, given that episode teaser, it's not the most far-fetched idea we've ever had. Share your predictions with us!

I'm hoping it's some sort of test, to see if Arizona would really stay with her. Like in the movie why did i get married. GOD please let it be a test. I have spent to much time waiting for Mark and Lexie to get back together for THIS to happen.

Please, no. ESPECIALLY if it's from her fling with Mark. That is just too, too, too contrived. If it's that she's going to try invitro, maybe. But only maybe.

Callie needs toget prego. this is deja

chief resident race IT BETTER BE CRISTINA

i think that callie should be pregnant because she want a baby more than mereidth and derek.. And i think that it will the viewers watching because when i saw the preview i though she was oging to be pregnant no lie.. But i reaal y hope that she is going to be pregnant i dont care by who i just want her to be prego. Just make her prego okay that willllll reallllllyyy make the show more fun to watch. I love this show like i love Taylor swOFT AND I OVE HER I WILL DIE FOR HER I JUST WANT THIS SHOW TO STAY MORE FUN TO WATCH FOR AND EVERYBODY ELSE.....

I think I'm one of the few hoping that she is pregnant. This would give Arizona the opportunity to step up to the mark, and would give Sloane the chance to be a dad like he wanted.

OMG!!!! I hope Callie is pregnant, that would make Grey really fun to watch, not that I dont love it now, I watch it from Mexico actually, but come on, it would be great. Yes I love Calzona and Mexie but Mark and Callie are like BEST FRIENDS EVER and she wants a baby really bad, so who better to have it than with McSteamy, besides, that would be a hot baby!!!

Omggg !! please .. Callie can't be preg oooomggg !! no no no .. those 2 have a future together .. not that way with mark in the middle ...

Grey's Anatomy Quotes

Did you say it? 'I love you. I don't ever want to live without you. You changed my life.' Did you say it? Make a plan. Set a goal. Work toward it, but every now and then, look around; Drink it in 'cause this is it. It might all be gone tomorrow."

Meredith (closing voiceover)

Lexie: [narrating] Grief may be a thing we all have in common, but it looks different on everyone.
Mark: It isn't just death we have to grieve. It's life. It's loss. It's change.
Alex: And when we wonder why it has to suck so much sometimes, has to hurt so bad. The thing we gotta try to remember is that it can turn on a dime.
Izzie: That's how you stay alive. When it hurts so much you can't breathe, that's how you survive.
Derek: By remembering that one day, somehow, impossibly, you won't feel this way. It won't hurt this much.
Bailey: Grief comes in its own time for everyone, in its own way.
Owen: So the best we can do, the best anyone can do, is try for honesty.
Meredith: The really crappy thing, the very worst part of grief is that you can't control it.
Arizona: The best we can do is try to let ourselves feel it when it comes.
Callie: And let it go when we can.
Meredith: The very worst part is that the minute you think you're past it, it starts all over again.
Cristina: And always, every time, it takes your breath away.
Meredith: There are five stages of grief. They look different on all of us, but there are always five.
Alex: Denial.
Derek: Anger.
Bailey: Bargaining.
Lexie: Depression.
Richard: Acceptance.
