NCIS returns next Tuesday, December 14, with a new episode. In "False Witness," the team investigates the disappearance of a Naval officer who is the sole witness in a murder trial.

Guest-starring Annie Wersching (24's Renee Walker) as Deputy D.A. Gail Walsh, the episode promises some good laughs as well, from the looks of the promo released last night.
