As depicted in this preview for "Darkness on the Edge of Town," a hurricane hits One Tree Hill this week.

But it's clear that won't be the only storm to play a role on the episode.

In the following clip, Brooke and Julian have it out over the issue of where they should live. Julian wants to move to Los Angeles. Brooke does not. She concludes the argument by leaving the house in a huff.
