The following week, February 10, marks the return of Thatcher Grey, Meredith and Lexie's dad. He has severe stomach pains. And a new, 20-something tattooed girlfriend.

Don't expect Lexie and Danielle (Alexa Havins) to get along swimmingly. Meanwhile, Alex spars with the hospital's new OB, Dr. Lucy Fields (Rachael Taylor), over a patient.

Mark also crosses a major line by placing Jackson on his service in exchange for information on Lexie. Oh, the lengths Sloan will go to. It's hard to see that ending well.
