In our Grey's Anatomy report card yesterday, we reflected on the state of Mr. & Mrs. Shepherd in Season 7. While it's nice to see the show's core couple exist without forced drama, they've also been pushed to the back burner in terms of screen time.

Will one of TV's most beloved couples start a McFamily?

The prospect of a McBaby is a major topic of conversation in the January 13 episode, "Start Me Up," according to TV Line's Michael Ausiello, who adds the following hint:

"They want one. They really, really want one."

Whether you absolutely worship Meredith and Derek or just view them as a part of a terrific ensemble, it's hard to imagine Grey's Anatomy fans aren't thrilled at that prospect.
