Practicing medicine in a third world country is a different game.

We've heard this so often in two weeks of Off the Map, it's becoming the show's equivalent of Grey's Anatomy's oft-repeated "live to cut" phrase. But here's a new twist on it - there are advantages, as well as pitfalls, to the doctors' remote surroundings.

Namely Zach Gilford shirtless.
