Skeet Ulrich Out of Law & Order: Los Angeles

Law & Order: Los Angeles will soon undergo a drastic casting change.

According to Deadline Hollywood, Skeet Ulrich - the first actor cast on the latest installment of this franchise - will exit the series this season.

Producer Dick Wolf doesn't plan on stopping production on the show, despite such a significant shake-up. No word yet on just how Detective Rex Winters will be written out.

UPDATE: Megan Boone and Regina Hall are also exiting the series.

Alfred Molina, meanwhile, will remain as Ricardo Morales, but jump to the precinct, beginning with episode 15. It will be revealed that this character was a LAPD detective for 15 years prior to becoming a lawyer.
