Who Should Play Castiel's Supernatural Sidekick?
Castiel is one lucky angel.
Sources confirm that Supernatural is casting for Rachel, a beautiful young woman who will serve as this character's sidekick. Michael Ausiello teases that she'll possess a "finely tuned BS detector."
In other storyline news, Sam and Dean will travel back in time later this season.
Once there, they'll come across Samuel Colt, a familiar name in Supernatural lore. He constructed the world's largest devil's trap, as well as a gun that can kill anything.

Gina Torres. Her characters in Firefly, Criminal Minds, and The Vampire Diaries all sound like Rachel in Supernatural. And more minority characters in non-antagonist roles on Supernatural is always a good thing.
