Kate Reed faces her most challenging mediating test this week on Fairly Legal.

On an episode titled "Believers," the pretty protagonist will try to settle a dispute between Marcus, an irritated inventor, and his employer, who possesses the rights to his latest invention.

Watch below, however, as things get dicey when Marcus grabs his device and takes the situation to a new level: he threatens to leap to his death.
