Sunday on Brothers & Sisters, Nora and Sarah fly east to "surprise" Evan for his birthday, but really, they mostly want answers to the above questions. As do many viewers.

Back in L.A., Kevin and Scotty are thrilled to have officially signed the papers to become Olivia's parents, but their excitement quickly fades when Olivia's enthusiasm wanes.
