I don't think Teddy was being irrational. Cristina was overstepping as her student, and in reality the Chief would never have allowed Cristina to take charge in the OR. Never.

What was the point of bringing Addie into this? Medically speaking, I understand, but she was given almost no screen time and barely interacted with anyone. She didn't even sing.
Car scene in the clouds- horrible. The acting was surprisingly bad too (I guess it wasn't the actresses fault, the script was just ridiculous).
I just found it a bit boring, honestly. Instead of giving me goosebumps, the tragedy of what was happening was somewhat diluted by the singing.

i liked it. i mean it was a little weird seeing them all singing where theyre shouldnt have been singing, but i found myself treating the singing as background music. i LOVED lexie singing "breath" it fit the scene really well, but yeah, if u watch the storyline and dont pay so much direct attention to the singing it nothing more then background music. but i am glad they wont be doing it again.
Although the singing wasn't too bad, I felt like the acting suffered enormously because of it. The scene where Mark and Arizona fight, (whilst Kelly is singing in front), they both do horrible movements and seem completely out of place.
Another thing I noticed: The helicopter landing was shot in front of a blue screen and it was not very well covered. Please ABC, spend a little more on your Special Effects, if you have to do these kind of scenes. This was pathetic.

I almost want to stop watching the show altogether after that. There are several reasons I do not watch Glee and this served as a blatant reminder. So much of the emotion I should have felt was lost in translation. Just like everyone already said, I fast forwarded to the end. I could not stomach it. If I'm being honest, watching such corny, tasteless television completely stripped me of all interest and investment I had in the characters. Callie could have died and I would not have blinked. I wish I were exaggerating. It was overwhelmingly tacky.

Stark and the blonde doctor are not the same kind of doctor. Stark does pediatrics, and the blonde that Karev likes is an OBGYN. She does pre-natal care and "downstairs" issues.

I didn't enjoy the singing. That being said, I find it weird that people are going to stop watching because of it...hello, it was for just one episode. Anyway, I guess I can get that they wanted to do something different for an episode, but why so much singing? There was more singing than talking, and that was annoying to me.
As far as the whole Christina and Teddy thing, I think Teddy is just feeling salty about the whole thing. Yeah, Christina is there to learn, but in that situation it was about saving Callie's life, not who is the teacher and who is the student.
I do wish that Mark and Lexie would get back together. They really love each other, and I'm starting to not like Avery's character. He just seems too dumb to be a doctor.
I did feel a little emotional when they delivered the baby and they were trying to save her life. But I have a 9 month old and I automatically think about her and all her cuteness whenever I see a baby and think about how I would feel if her l
I've always been a fan of musical episodes with Scrubs and Buffy doing it too, but this was by far the best one ever.
And people keep saying that people can't sing. There was not a bad singer here, some were not as good as others, but they were good. The first song, and the last song were absolutely amazing.
Irritating how many people have said they had to turn the channel over. If you're a fan of something you should see it through to the end, because someone has worked very hard to do this for you.

HAAAAATED the musical show!!! What were they thinking?! The drama for this show would have been so awesome, but the singing was so ridiculous and such a distraction from the storyline. Beautiful voices, great songs, but should have been background only, not actually in the scenes. I had to change the channel several times, because I was so aggravated that the singing was interferring with the dramatic intent. So very disappointing. Absolutely ruined the show. Wish I could see it again WITHOUT the singing. Pleeease........NEVER AGAIN!

i thought it was okay. i loved the storyline about Callie and the baby. half the singing was okay but Callie was just fantastic! Owen's voice was soooooo annoying! some of them cant sing and their voices were edited heaps. Bailey wasnt a good singer at all! i liked the songs except for that sunshine song, it was lame and random. never again please though coz one musical is enough

Didn't like it at all. One song in the beginning, when Cali is looking over her body while they were working on her would have been ok. The music masked the drama that was happening through out the show. I hope they don't do that again. It was too much like Glee. I love this show and was tempted to change the channel.

Shonda ti prego ritorna

This one sucked big time. The documentary epi was cool, and cally singing was wicked, but a whole musical show? Nope. Kept making me laugh when I should've been crying. Lame.

Ugh the musical episode was HORRBLE!
Don't get me wrong, the singing sounded fine, the music was well suited to the episode, and I actually like musicals as a rule- but this episode of Grey's kept me saying "AGAIN? And why the hell is SHE/HE singing now? They aren't even in the same room as Callie!"
I should have been feeling way more intensly about all the drama going on in the show, but every time strong emotions began to overcome me, another person would break out into random song. It would have made way more sense if Callie sang almost all the songs, or if another actor sang, they sang while in the same room as Callie since it was SUPPOSED to be all in her head.
It should have been a much more powerful episode, instead of one I couldn't help but laugh in agony at.
EPIC FAIL!

I've watched this show from the very first episode. I can't wait to see it each week. This past episode was a big joke! The singing was nice, but it didn't belong on a doctors show. I hope they don't do that again. Hated it!!!!!!! Long time watcher.
