This behind-the-scenes look at the Grey's Anatomy musical event has actually been out there for a few weeks, but it's surfaced again with the March 31 episode drawing closer.

The episode, "Song Beneath the Song," took 2-3 times longer than it typically takes the crew to produce an episode of the ABC drama, and this feature gives you an idea why.

Grey's Anatomy returns a week after this Thursday (March 24) with "This Is How We Do It." Then it's on to the most talked-about episode of the season, previewed here ...
