@Charif - that hospital scene is when Annie got bitten by a monkey in episode 18. The pregnancy news will only be revealed in episode 22.

Silver should be the one pregnant with Navid's baby, THAT WOULD BE A AWSOME TWIST ON THE ADE/NAVID/SILVER THREESOME!!!!
btw, first rape, now pregnancy??? dont you think is just a little too much for Naomi in over 1 year??? the only thing weirder than that would be if N is pregnant of Cannon :S (and i cant believe she doesnt have trouble with sleeping with someone after she was RAPED)
And really hope this "pregnancy shocking" wont be the last scene from the finale... and i agree is such an old plot.

I actually think it might be Ivy because her husband will die in the finale im assuming. But i agree the girls have had enough crap, give the guys some torture, like Liam nothing bads happend to him, or dixon whats the worst, he thought he got an std???

For gods sake. The writers must be completely crap if they cnt come up with any more ideas than this!. We've ALREADY been over the 'teen prego' storyline with aderianna- anyone remember season one? gosh, come up with some new material!!! And stop torturing the girls!! its always either naomi, annie or ade in horrible situations; i say bring in more of the dixon/navid partnership storyline and more lannie plz! im fed up of ade being the centre of attention all the time.:@

i cant stand annie! she is just annoying and def. does not deserve liam who is amazing. So i think annie should get knocked up by liams brother. Although it would be sad to watch liam hurt it would be entertaining to watch annie suffer. Ugh i really dislike her character she is a brat. Liam needs someone spontaneous and exciting. also someone attractive annies to plain.

The pregancy storyline has already been done by the best actress on this show: Jessica Lowndes. Has anyone else noticed how practically every storyline this season is the exact same as those in the previous two seasons?

i hope it's liam and annie!!! ilove them together sooo, much. And everyone has been waiting for them to get together from the begining so they can hardly kill the relationship soon but it may get boring if they carry it on to long so they need to add a twist in to keep it alive.They would make amazing parents they should get married and everything. And lets face it there kids would be beau!!

I do hope it's Naomi because it will be interesting (in my opinion) and I really love Max so far and want him to stick around for a long time! However, something's telling me that it's going to be Silver.

I hope it's Annie and her and Liam decide to keep the baby, that would be an interesting twist on the storyline and also allow their relationship to grow stronger as they are adorable together!!! Please not Naomi as Max is really annoying and just reminds me of how he strangled loads of women in desperate housewives!!!!

Hopefully it's not Naomi. She is my favorite character and she's been through so much already. As other users have commented, the pregnancy story has been used already, so at least I hope they make it different by having the character have a miscarriage or abortion.

Another pregnant character? Seriously? .... Maybe she's just faking it to make him stay with her... Or maybe she has a miscarriage in season 4.. Those would be more interesting then just a pregnant storyline IMHO.

It very well could be Naomi. She has been through so much over the past 2 seasons. But in a way, I'd like to see maybe Annie or Silver get pregnant. Most people don't like Annie, but I love that Annie and Liam are together finally and this could build up their relationship in season 4 and make it stronger. Maybe having her miscarry or having an abortion and Liam (being the great guy that he is)standing right by Annie's side and being there for her. Silver is my favorite character on the show and it might be kinda cool to see her pregnant by Navid, especially since Adrianna has turned into a crazy, neurotic woman who will do anything to destroy Navid and Silver. This could lead to Adrianna causing Silver to miscarry somehow. I can see the repercussions of that fallout now. That friendship would never be the same. Since 90210 is about the drama (which is great) and friendships being tossed around like potatoes, season 4 could have a great lead in from the season 3 finale. It wo
