Will Lexie and Jackson Stay Together on Grey's Anatomy?
Will Lexie and Jackson evolve into a bona fide couple on Grey's Anatomy? Will this promising romance fizzle out like so many have, for one of many possible reasons?
According to TV Guide, we will see the aftereffects of their steamy shower session during the musical episode March 31 (the show returns with new episodes on March 24).
"Mark is devastated by the whole thing," says Chyler Leigh, who plays Lexie, tells us, saying that she doesn't think Jackson is just a rebound for Meredith's younger sister.
Jackson and Lexie's romance is one of many hot Grey's Anatomy topics.
"She can talk with him and there's something that's refreshing about him. It has the potential to blossom into something pretty big," the actress says, intriguingly.

Lexie and Avery are best together. It's clear that Avery has serious feelings for Lexie. Mark has messed up TWICE Lexie should be with someone who really cares for her and won't let her down time after time. GO LEXIE & AVERY!!!!!!

Yes! Yes! Yes! Finally...a sensible partner for lexie. Avery's so cute and he and lexie looks so good together. Give Mark a better love interest.I'd like to see him again with teddy...or better yet...addison!

Ok in my opinion Mark is has been on his own doing women for so long that I do not think that he even knows how to be in a relationship. He loves Lexie its as plain as daylight but he has some issues that he seriously needs to work on. Like his sex problem. He really needs to get a grip on it you know. Remember the season where all he wanted to do was sleep around with all the nurses and he slept with addie. Mark needs to grow up. And I think the baby will do just that you know. It will force him to love and care for something other than himself and that could teach him how to deal with being in a relationship. Cause i mean being in a relationship is caring about what makes the other person happy and doing things that you know will bring up the relationship.
Now Callie really needs to find some other sex buddy. She cant keep messing around in Mark's life.
As for Lexie now; I think she needs to give Mark a chance to figure himself out you know. Its evident that she loves him too

Mark and Lexie fans:
Don’t you know anything about children??? Having a child with someone attaches you to them FOREVER (babies are non-refundable you know…)
I doubt it that any woman would be glad to know that her man is having a child with someone else, so Yes! Lexie did the right thing by dumping Mark.
Lexie will be better off with Jackson, who you can clearly see cares about her a lot, we all seen he’s very competitive at work and he gave up a lead in a surgery for a chance to be with her!
He’s been infatuated with her since season 6 but he never came on too strong (until 7×14 of course), every episode they interacted was a baby step in their relationship.
Those who know Lexie knows that the only way to get in Lexie’s heart is through her pants… (as Meredith said to Lexie: “you heart lives in your v#@%^*….”)
Besides, the chmistry between Jackson and Lexie is undeniable and probably origins from the good relationship the actors (Jesse & Chyler) have. the

They have a lot of scenes together even before (Season 6), Jackson and Lexie started off as like hating each other though they've passed that stage end eventually became friends. Lexie even said don't be stupid to Jackson when thr latter thought April is the only friend he has.
I personally think Jackson said to Mark that he and Lexie are not close because he doesn't want to reveal his true feelings re Lexie coz he knows that Mark and Lexie are back together that time. That's why he was shocked that Lexie told him that Mark knocked Callie up.
Just wanted to make clear that Jackson cares for Lexie even before. It's not just a sudden thing.

I don't think Jackson has true feelings for Lexie, he didn't even consider Lexie as a friend he said so himself in 7x14 where as Mark actually cares about her. Mark & Lexie love each other and they should be together!!

Team Jackson/Lexie for the win! The final season of Grey's Anatomy is not yet known and the only obvious pair that's gonna make it at the very end is Grey's obvious OTP Meredith and Derek!

they have the potential of really making into a true love story! even if Shonda will break up them in the finale so that Lexie will give Mark another chance again,I have a gut feeling that jackson and lexie won't be over for good. They have too much genuine and strong connection to be completely abandoned for good. I have a feeling too that shonda's gonna play this mark/lexie/jackson thing into a full blown love triangle next season... and I'm crossing my fingers Jackson's gonna get Lexie for good when all is said and done in the end.

But Mark will be where Der was when he choose addie over Meredith. Mark, like Derek, is dealing with his choice as long as no one else is in the frame as a love interest for the love of his life. I think Callie may be feeling a bit of RESPONSIBILITY for the situation Mark has eneded up in, minus Lexie cos of the baby
