Can't we just cancel it airing on abc, what about Soapnet? i understand AMC its extreamly boring but OLTL! Thats ridicoulus! you are loosing lots of viewers!!!!

ARGH! I am beyond pissed! This is horrible! And to replace them with talk shows?? Nobody wants to watch more talk shows. There are soooo many. And a talk show with Mario Batalli and another with Tim Gunn? Are you kidding me!? Those are going to get so many less viewers than the soaps. This is honestly the worst decision by ABC...ever!!

I can definitely understand cancelling AMC because it has gotten very boring but OLTL??? I soo agree with Nicole Tilton, this is some BS!!! I have been watching OLTL ever since I can remember life itself and I'm 36. Soo sad!

I have watched both of these shows since I was young. I'm very unhappy with ABC Cancelling these shows. Some people can't watch during the day and watch when they get home from work or school.
I don't think I will watch new shows they put on because there are to many talk shows already. Why do we need more.

I feel like I have lost a family member with the cancellation of One Life To Live. If ABC wants to improve ratings they should not cancel these shows but think about making these shows 30 minutes and get rid of some of the long, long commercial breaks. They might get some fans back.

oh come on people, its just another tv show. i got my own drama without having a tv show having theirs. needless to say, the soaps have changed from what they used to be many years ago when i watched them. now soaps and most shows are doing who is sleeping with who and who is pregnant with this guys baby, its so stupid its unreal. I cant stand sitcoms or the soaps. nothing is family oriented anymore, and talk shows have gotten to be BORING!! how many guys did this woman sleep with and who is the baby daddy. wont matter to me what the networks do with the shows - people are just over reacting for no reason. if its not another daytime talk show it would be something else that isnt worth watching to begin with. how about something inspiring, productive, learning, helpful - and pls no reality shows got enough of that BS as it is.

I hope your new talk shows fail... HEY CABLE T.V. come on board and pick up the soap's. Not only do viewer's use these story's to escape from reality,smile cry cheer swear all emotions that can help in this horrible RESESSION!!!! And how about all the people you are leaving unemployed. This is like taking GYM out of school, medicare from the elderly. YOU SUCK!!!!!!! IF I COULD PUT A CURSE ON THIS DECISION I WOULD... I don't know how you can swallow this BAD KARMA!!!!!!

I have been watching All My Children for 30 years and it has held a special place in my family. My two daughters and I have either watched it together as they were growing up and long distance as they matured. We have shared all of the real life topics the program covered and learned so much about thesrealistic current topics. We became a part of the characters' lives and actually had discussions about them. Over the years watching AMC everyday has been a time of the day we looked forward to. Even on vacation, we purchased VCR's so that we could tape on the road if we weren't by a TV when All My Children aired. We were even fortunate to visit the set years ago and meet some of the cast. This is devistating news. Exchanging AMC for a talk show or reality show is rediculous. I really feel that ABC is going to lose its viewers. If there is any way to reverse the decision, you need to do that immediately. This is a very sad day for my family and me, and of course, a world filled

this has to be a late April Fools joke- or media stunt. they cant be serious? I know a lot of heart broken people. Between now and September- the fall out from this will hopefully change some minds.

I am a 3rd generation fan. I am 40 yrs old and having been watching since 10 yrs old. My daughter now also watches. This is a terrible idea. You will loose a lot of viewers. Please don't do this

YES, SOMEONE HAS LOST THEIR MIND. I GOT MY HUSBAND INTERESTED IN ONE LIFE TO LIVE! THIS IS REALLY STUPID! I WONT WATCH ANY ABC SHOWS EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER AGAIN! I HAVE BEEN RECORDING THESE SHOWS FOR YEARS AND LOOK FORWARD TO CATCHING UP WHEN I AM NOT ABLE TO WATCH! I DONT WANT ANY, ANY, STUPID TALK SHOWS OR REALITY SHOWS. BIG MISTAKE CANCELING THESE SHOWS!

have you people lost your damm! mind?! i have watched these two soap operas with my mom when i was a little girl and still watch them to this day because that was something we shared an she's been deceased for 35yrs. but i hold on to these shows for that reason, we don;t need another talk show abc so screw you and your network.

I grew up watching these shows! I am absolutely speechless they are taking them off the air. I hope ABC fails miserably after this. No offense to GH but take them off instead of OLTL. I have watched that show everyday since I was 12! I am now 24 and have never missed an episode. After January I will never watch ANYTHING else on ABC ever again.

I am deleting all my taped abc shows and never watching again...goodbye desperate housewives and brothers and sisters....no thank you stupid talkshows...I will never forget growing up with all my children and one life to live...im truly scarred and I am done w abc forever...whoever did this should and will have an end to their career (s)

Now I know the world is comming to an end! I've been with all my children since I was in high school in 1966. Remember Billy Clyde and Estelle? How could you dare take off All my children and One Life to Live. Everything else on TV has been nothing but reruns and garbage. You might as well lock all of the veiwers up and throw away the key, because now we have nothing left of interest to see! How dare you and how could you spring bad news on your viewers just like that! If you want to show big pictures of the case, so a big picture a Jesse and Angelia Hubbard! Now run and tell that!

All My Children has not been written well for a very long time. Probably because ABC didn't want to pay for good writers. However One Life has been outstanding both in story and performance. What a damn sham. It's all a matter of $$$$'s. Talk shows are cheap to produce and they don't have to pay actors, writers, etc. Greed continues.........

This is so disappointing. It has definitely ruined my day! I have watched AMC since 1970. I don't need any more talk shows. Bring on my family in Pine Valley!
