Sure, the Game of Thrones premiere was mostly an introduction to George R.R. Martin's world, but "Winter is Coming" ended at the perfect, suspenseful point with the cliffhanger of Bran being thrown off the tower.

So where will this Sunday's episode take us?  Fans of the book already know, but series newcomers can expect Catelyn to suspect Bran's fall was no accident, follow Neddard and his daughters on an event-filled adventure along "The Kingsroad," and watch the wee Tyrion Lannister join Jon Snow on his adventure to the Wall.
