So, about those photos of Meredith and Derek holding a baby on Grey's Anatomy.

It seemed pretty obvious what was going on there, didn't it? Well, perhaps not.

Justin Chambers explains the pics from the May 12 episode to TV Guide: "You know how everyone's trying to be Chief Resident? So, they have their own little bag of tricks."

"Alex has one that involves orphans [from Africa]. It's kind of crazy and funny."

Well, how's that for a buzzkill ... or is it? It's very possible, of course, that the photos are sort of what they look like, and that Alex's stunt may lead to consequences.

Consequences that may fall in line with the scenario we jumped the gun with yesterday - a scenario which, we might add, also made sense considering this May 5 episode pic.
