Grey's Anatomy Scoop: Cristina's Obstacles, Callie's Prognosis

at .

What can we expect when Grey's Anatomy returns on Thursday, April 28? Here's the latest on Callie, her baby, Cristina, Owen and the various obstacles they face.

According to TV Line, last week's dramatic blowout between Teddy (Kim Raver) and Cristina (Sandra Oh) will leave Owen (Kevin McKidd) to play the role of referee.

"There's a lot going on between Teddy and Cristina at the moment in their professional and personal relationship, and Owen's very much trying to mediate," he says.

"Maybe with some success and maybe not. It's not all just happiness and light."

Mr. and Mrs. Hunt

As for the fate of the Calzonasloan baby, things will definitely get worse before they get better. But there's also the May 5 wedding. How's that for mixed signals?

Producer Stacy McKee says the following about what's in store for the couple:

"They've been through an awful lot this season, and it gets even worse soon. This is the magical part and they'll get to be in the honeymoon stage for a while."

Think that sounds positive for Baby Torres-Robbins-Sloan? We sure hope so.

In the meantime, Sara Ramirez says: "We're going to see Callie struggling to recover at a rate much faster than other characters think she can or should recover."

"She's going to be wrestling and negotiating with herself and others in order to see her baby and get the strength for them to trust her to hold her child."

That's because, "She just wants to see her baby so bad."
