It looks like some photos released for the May 12 episode of Grey’s Anatomy - the second to last of its current season - just shed light on Meredith and Derek's big decision.

Taking turns hugging an adorable newborn, with Meredith clutching a copy of Baby's First Year, are Seattle Grace's Golden Couple about to become parents after all?

Adoption, interestingly, is a route Shonda Rhimes herself took personally - as a single mom no less - right before she created Grey's Anatomy. Will her beloved couple follow suit?

Also interesting? The following week's finale (May 19) is titled “Unaccompanied Minor.”
