Sons of Anarchy

Talk about a piece of casting news that almost seemed inevitable.

FX insiders confirm to TV Line that Danny Trejo - an actor best known for rugged roles in Machete, From Dusk Till Dawn and The Devil’s Rejects - will come on board Sons of Anarchy next season for a multi-episode arc.

Trejo will portray Romero “Romeo” Parada, a dangerous former commando for the Mexican military who gets involved with SAMCRO during the fourth season, which premieres in September.

The actor most recently popped up on Bones and, playing against type, as a janitor on Modern Family.
