On Thursday's Private Practice season finale, Addison wants to start fresh in her personal life. Professionally, she and her colleagues may not have much of a choice.

The doctors of Oceanside Wellness are faced with a tough decision, on advice of counsel - to point out all potential areas of vulnerability within the practice and get ready to defend them individually, or to dissolve the practice and go their separate ways.

It's a difficult call filled with far-reaching consequences for all involved. Meanwhile, Charlotte is assigned to a case that hits very close to home, and it's easy to see why.
