Will Lexie and Jackson Last on Grey's Anatomy?

by at . Comments

The Grey's Anatomy season finale left many relationships in turmoil, but not all.

Lexie and Jackson ended the season on solid footing, and it's safe to say that show creator and executive producer Shonda Rhimes is a fan of the couple going forward.

Jesse Williams, too. He tells TV Line: “I’m excited for Jackson to have a partner in crime, and to have somebody who’s a confidante and [explore] new avenues with."

"As an actor, [I] welcome the opportunity to have a relationship [on-screen] with somebody or have an enemy or rivalry or a new friend, anybody that gives you more work to do [and] makes the process more interesting," he adds.

"I’ve talked with the writers, and I think there a lot of different ways it could go.”

Where do you think it should go ... if it should go anywhere at all? Discuss!

I want Mallie or Slexie.... and Japril!!! :D

No Way!!! Lexie will get back to Mark sooner or later...

Oke, screw everyone, mark and lexie are meant to be! Mark and callie, NO WAY, callie is gay and she is happy with arizona, no callie and mark, if that is going to happen than this show will suck. Mark and lexie are like Derek en Mer, how many times did MERDER broke up? Jackson said that he wouldn't wait for a girl who is still in love with someone else, lexie is deffinitly still in love with mark. Mark Grow up and just kiss lexie in season8! Really people, mark and Callie are really a no go.

Jackson and Lexie are way better than Mark and Lexie...Totally love Jackson...they make such a sweet couple!!

I think Jackson and Lexie are adorable together. Lexie needs someone without all the drama, and you can tell Jackson really cares about her, and loves being with her, and she's obviously happy with him. I have no illusions, I'm sure Lexie will eventually get back together with Mark, but I prefer her with Jackson and think they're beypnd cute together.

Jackson is gorgeous, but Lexie and Mark need to get over it and make it work because she and Jackson just don't seem right together.

Forwood 3 3

Mark && Lexie all the way :)

Lexie and Mark is way better than Lexie and Jackson. Mark REALLY LOVES Lexie. And it's about time that he marries someone.

I love Lexie with Mark. They are just like Meredith and Derek in the beginning when you just wanted them to be together already. What the show needs is some fresh meat to shake things up. Everyone is basically married off at this point.

As an avid fan of the show from the start, I just don't feel the Lexie/Jackson relationship. I don't think they are a long-term match. They remind me a bit of George and Lizzie but the other way around (if you know what I mean). Sorry but like Lizzie at the end, I just don't like Jackson. Plus I think the way Jackson lied to Lexie about Mark (and to Mark about Lexie) will come back to bite him in the backside. And Mark needs to step out of the babystory abit and take back his manhood again. Basically Mark and Lexie need to grow abit and then get back together in some heroic stupid Hollywood way...

Grey's Anatomy Quotes

Did you say it? 'I love you. I don't ever want to live without you. You changed my life.' Did you say it? Make a plan. Set a goal. Work toward it, but every now and then, look around; Drink it in 'cause this is it. It might all be gone tomorrow."

Meredith (closing voiceover)

I want to marry you. I want to have kids with you. I want to build us a house. I want to settle down and grow old with you. I want to die when I'm 110 years old, in your arms. I don't want 48 uninterrupted hours. I want a lifetime. Mmm. Do you see what happens? I say things like that and you fight the urge to run in the opposite direction. It's okay, I understand. I didn't, but now I do, I do. You're just getting started and I've been doing this for a long time now. Deep down, you're still an intern, and you're not ready.
