Brian J. Smith Cast on Gossip Girl; West Coast Romance For Serena in the Works?
Earlier today, we speculated how long Serena stays in L.A. on Season 5 of Gossip Girl. If this report of a possible romance is true, she may not want to leave.
TV Line reports that Brian J. Smith is joining the cast as a chef named Max.
Viewers will first encounter Max in the fifth season premiere September 26, and his scenes will take place in Los Angeles, where Serena spent the summer.
While Blair's impending marriage to Louis promises to dominate much of the early season plot, Serena is very much an open book. What do the producers have in mind?
Other reports have hinted that a romance between Serena and a priest may also be in the scandalous works this fall. What do you think will happen with S and Max?

Guest star..Again, I read somewhere that Max only has a six episode ark, sounds a bit repetitive aye. Serena should get a decent storyline and should stop hooking up with guest stars!

I don't want Serena with anyone for a while. Hopefully Serenate at mid-season 5, but until then, please develop her character. Maybe Eric could be with him :) I want him in the programme more.
