so sad the show is coming to an end!!!!!!!!!!

My fandom started with the original movie but this series has gone way beyond that. My three grown daughters and myself wait with baited breath for the next episode. WE LOVE THIS SHOW. The character development and story lines are awesome. I am a diehard football fan and so are two of my daughters, the oldest is not but she is a true fan of the show. I have purchased Seasons 1, 2 and 5 and will purchase 3 and 4. Oh, how I will miss it.

I am a senior citizen who doesn't have a son or grandson that was involved with high school sports or a husband who is a sports fan. Also, I live in a metropolitan area in CA and I have loved Friday Night Lights! The character development has been outstanding and I enjoyed seeing many old characters return last week. The interaction between Kyle and Connie was outstanding, as it always is but a little more moving than usual. The show has covered so many high school issues and societal issues. Last week was very emotional, so I can only imagine how it will be this week. I will really, really miss this program. It has been a very real program with real thought and acting behind it. It's a shame that it hasn't been appreciated. I don't know where people tastes are!
