Parks and Recreation fans won't need to wait long to officially meet Tammy 1, Tom's first wife, who will be played by Patricia Clarkson and whose arrival in Pawnee was teased on the season three finale.

Creator Michael Schur says the character will make her first true appearance one episode two of season four.

Among other storylines teased/spoiled by the producer in an interview with Zap2It:

Will Tom immediately return to the office? No. "We get to see how he and Jean-Ralphio have spent a tremendous amount of money in a relatively short amount of time. And it's a long arc... we really play it out and give it its run."

April will act as Andy's "life manager."

Leslie will make a decision about her love life with Ben and her professional prospects as a politician by the end of the season premiere.

Will a temp take over Tom's position? "There's some office shifting, some job-position shifting in the premiere."

That premiere will air on Thursday, September 22.
