Please, I hope this doesn't become a discussion like the ones: "Team Jacob" vs "team Edward". Both Matty and Jake are cool, and of course we all will have different opinions. Why can't we all just chill and watch the show and let the writters do their part? I love this show, and, even though I have my favorite male lead, I will enjoy it as long as it is congruent and fun.

definetly team matty! He just needs to learn to fight for jenna! You could definetly see that Jenna made the wrong decision. She also said: should i listen to my head or my heart. And if she had listend to her heart she would have chosen matty! Always listen to your heart!

All i have to say is that I love matty sososososososo much and i was crying watching the season finale. jenna is going to realize that her decision wasn't a good one and when she does realize he might have moved on already..im nervous i hope they get back together bc i love them together...a lot

TEAM JAKE. I hope Jenna stay's with Jake. Jenna was only attracted to Matty because he was dangerous. She liked the feeling of passion for something that was bad for her. Forbidden fruit type of stuff.

Oh please. She doesn't like Jake people. Get over the politically correct and the who is a nicer guy deal. Real life doesn't happen like that. She's in love with Matty and it's with him whom she needs to be with. I'm all for her dating Jake for a while though, until Matty proves he's grown enough to be with her and ultimately to win her over. Sorry Jake, but no one likes oatmeal when they can have a BLT.

Team Jake all the Way. Even though Matty is adorable, I feel like Jenna and Jake are quite similar. Plus Matty is a wimp. He cares too much about what others think. But then Jenna care too much about what Matty thinks. I believe Jenna can do better than Matty, but Jake can do better than Jenna because you can tell she doesn't really love him. But I hope Jenna makes the right decision and chooses the boy who treated her right.
About the whole care-frontation letter... I feel like Jenna needed it, but if only it was from someone else and not Lacey. Mothers are supposed to have their daughters backs, and not make their lives miserable.
But I would have to say... Jake Valerie our my favourite characters.... they make me laugh to say the least.
Can't wait for season 2. When is it coming out?

Love this show. Finished the season today and I was balling all through the finale. Jake is awesome, sweet, kind and genuine but I can't help being so dangerously in love with Matty. I understand Jenna for choosing Jake, but I'd really hate seeing Jake getting hurt when she goes back to Matty(we all know she will---she better!). I think Matty always cared for Jenna but cared too much about what others thought, though he grew alot throughout the season. If his dumbass just could've expressed his feelings before Jake fell head over heels for Jenna! Hmph... Matty still has some growing up to do but Im positive he's willing to do it. Anything for Jenna:) TEAM MATTY and I hope Jake ends up happy too... Maybe with Tamara that RIcky dude is sketchy...maybe not Tamara's too crazy lol...

Omg, the fact that he had sex with her makes him perfect for her?
Don't you remember the time where he only used her for sex and when he didn't even care about what she had to say.
It's incredible to read something like that. As if sex makes a relationship legitimate.

omggg jenna better go back for mattyyy hes so hot and sweet and shes the first girl he acctually fell for and he will take her out in public now and hes face lights up when he sees her. jenna is head over heels for matty and they had sex alrady they should atleast be together, jake needs to get over her because matty and jenna have a history and its adorablee.

Soooooo awesome! I'm all for Jake. Matty does not deserve Jenna. I had a guy do the same to me once, and I'm still not over it. Thank god I have my boyfriend now. If my mother would have sent a letter like that to me, I would seriously never speak to her again. EVER. So yeah, really can't wait for season 2, as can't my best friend.

I'm really wondering if she can fall in love with Jake, because Matty and her had such a great chemistry. Anyhow i hope that Janna and Matty can work it out, because if they do it will really become a greater relationship than with Jake.
And dosen't everyone fuck up once in a while? We just have to make it up, he tried but he failed i hope he keeps trying. It will be a very hard chooise for Janna if Matty shows that he has grown and is ready!
Anyhow looking forward to season 2!

I can not wait for season 2 I absolutely love this show!!! Although everyone is saying Jake is the one she should be with I really think that Jenna and Matty belong together, he just needs to grow up and grow a set lol Jake is really sweet but I just see Matty and Jenna together! There great a perfect couple... And as far as mommy dearest goes I dont see how Jenna would ever beable to forgive her. After everything Jenna has been through Lacey did not have the right to do that to her own daughter and put her through so much bs. Cant wait cant wait cant wait!!!!!!! The sooner the better!!!

Way too far away until season 2. I watched the whole season in 2 days (way too much time on my hands). LOVE IT!!! I am team Jake. Matty doesn't have the guts a girl like Jenna deserves. Jake doesn't care about the crowds, he cares about Jenna. I'm hoping that when Jake finds out about Matty and Jenna, that he surprises us all and punches Matty in the face for leading Jenna on so long. :) lol
Jenna: The morning dig, for my mother it was the best part of waking up.
