--- I agree with Christine about a favorite scene. I loved that Castle showed up at Kate's apartment all excited and Kate welcomed him in with a smile. I thought it really illustrated the new level of comfort and familiarity between them and I hope we see him there a lot more this season.
--- On the surface, I think Alexis was out of character in planning on taking all of the same classes as Ashley. However, I think the writers did a good job of setting up that scene in the beginning of the show. She was REALLY being the twitterpated schoolgirl when she and Ashley were claiming that the other one should hang up first and it left me with the feeling that Alexis has gone off the deep end a bit since Ashley is gone now. She's totally preoccupied with wanting to be with him and in that frame of mind, I can see her blindly thinking she'd take all of the same classes. I was so happy that Castle called her on it and I also liked that he called her "Alexis" instead of "Sweetie" or "Pumpkin"

Favorite scene! Why the elevator scene of course.The writer and his Muse. Still wondering why Castle ran when he loves Kate and the moment he dreams about is happening right before his eyes. Kate seemed ok with it.
Alexis is not out of character at all.She is a hormonal teen girl with hot pants that thinks she is in love. Simple enough.She is following her first true love. She will come running home at semester heartbroken but she won't be a girl anymore.She'll be a woman.
Gates....jury still out.She will give Castle some room simply because she respects his connections.She won't want to be the one to rock the boat since Bob laid it all down for her.
Beckett and Hastings....lightbulb moment??? Maybe. She knows Rick loves her and she will eventually have to deal with it.I see that coming, along with a blonde realestate broker in the near future. Royce told Beckett those exact words didn't he? I don't thimk Kate will want to someday wonder "if only"

I thought I saw a twinkle in Alexis's eye when she mentioned moving in with Ashley. I wonder if it was her tormenting her dad. I know my own kids have said things just to see my reaction.

-Favorite scene - I agree with Chandel. The end with them watching the other couple kiss in the elevator was the best. Kate's expression made me think she was considering doing the same thing.
-Alexis is a teenage girl and even the best of them can be irrational at times, especially when it comes to love.
-I also don't get the deal with being called Sir instead of Ma'am. Does she feel one is more powerful than the other? As much as I dislike Gates I like that she makes the rest of the team pull together even closer.
-Please let Kate realize that Castle is her future this season and do something about it. I don't know how much stalling I can take.
-I'm with Castle. I've always been a Batman fan. The Bat cave was very cool.

I am SO GLAD I'm not the only one bothered by Gates wanting to be called "sir". That drives me nuts! What's so degrading about "ma'am" that she's too good for it?! Ugh! I miss Montgomery!!! She could have at least given Castle a little bit of credit because they wouldn't have come CLOSE to solving the case without him. How many times did they get the wrong guy? Sheesh! I think this SIR needs to go run a boot camp with the 80's J. Jonah Jameson and leave my favorite team alone!! :)
