Great show! We got a bit of an insight on Mr. Finch's past. I, too, wonder how he got his injuries?? Love watching Jim C.- reminds me a bit of Clint Eastwood's 'Dirty Harry'. This show is a winner in my book! Can't wait for next week!

I really enjoy this show. The acting is excellent, even though it seemed like Emerson wasn't sure which leg was stiff, but that could've just been my not knowing about the injury.
The beginning floored me. It was sooooo good. Yes, I had a feeling what was going to happen, but I was glad it did not start with a phone call, but instead ended with one. "Don't call me, Mr. Reese. I'll call you." From what I have deduced thus far, Finch and his original partner founded the company and it was the partner who had issues with the "irrelevant list." The partner dies in 2007 and now Finch is on a crusade, of sorts, to try and help the individual acts of violence that occur.
I really like the fact that neither of these guys really trust the other, yet, they have a common goal so they work together. I also like the fact that Reese has no intention of ceasing his search to find out about what drives Finch and who he is. For Reese to be sitting in the office when "Harold" a.k.a Mr. Fin

love these two characters and the story keeps my interest. So far it is the most interesting series of the season. Im not crazy about the lady cop, as if she has time to worry about a guy in a suit who's files are redacted. Need a stronger cop, Becket available?
