Switched at Birth Star Cast on The Big Bang Theory
A Switched at Birth star is about to switch episodes. For one week at least.
Katie Leclerc, who portrays Daphne Vasquez on that ABC Family hit, will appear on the October 6 episode of The Big Bang Theory as a love interest for Raj.
Like she does on Switched at Birth, and like she is in real life, the actress will play a hearing-impaired woman who gets set up with Ray by Penny. It's unknown at the moment on how many episodes Leclerc will guest star.
The Big Bang Theory returns on September 22 and you can view photos from the premiere NOW.

Actually she is partially deaf. I can't remember what she called it but she has a condition where her hearing goes in and out. Sometimes she can hear fine, sometimes she needs a hearing aid, and sometimes she can't hear at all. It's in one of the behind-the-scenes videos.
