I was going to say it looks like Nina Dobrev's holding a bunch of raspberries in her hand instead of a heart until I realized she IS holding some kind of berries. How weird.
And jeez, TVFanatic staff, can't you distinguish between Joseph Morgan holding a heart and Joseph Morgan holding a bloody pear??? (pun intended!)
at least if my heart were shaped like a pear i'd be a bit worried!
