Gossip Girl Spoiler: The Kiss to End All Kisses ...
With Dan's novel taking over this week's episode of Gossip Girl, fans were given a brief reprieve from the question that has dominated this season so far: Who got Blair Waldorf pregnant?
The latest Gossip Girl promo shows Blair revealing to her mom that she's about to make her a grandmother, with the obvious implication that the father of her unborn child is fiance Louis.
Fans, however, know that's not exactly a sure bet. Far from it, in fact.
On the subject of who the father is, TV Line's Michael Ausiello writes:
"I honestly don’t know. What I can say, however, is that there’s a kiss coming up. A kiss that will whip a passionate ‘shipper base into a frenzy ... A kiss that will have office water coolers buzzing for weeks to come."
He continues, even more cryptically, "A kiss so hot it’s followed by a [spoiler alert]!"
Well, that's certainly a lot of hype, but the show has lived up to it so far this fall.
We have to assume the kiss involves Blair, given everything else going on... but who will she be locking lips with? Furthermore, what will bring about this epic kiss, and what implications will follow?

we all have to face it.
1. The main writer said it himself - he has been building Dair since the hallway scene back in this first season. Just like other writers on the CW, for instance Supernatural creator - he had always have a plan for the show. The GG writer isn't just pulling out of his ass each season- that would be unprofessional.
2. Both Leighton and penn had both been saying hints in their recent interviews that they both are going to be together one way or another maybe even endgame because as penn said as the actor thats playing dan "blair is his soulmate" and leighton "she can really be herself with him". Dont you thin kthat they know something we dont?
3. Also, You have to look at it stragetically on the writers and producer's end. The ratings for this show went down DRASTICALLY 3rd season and the first part of the 4th season. they HAD TO DO SOMETHING to pull the old fans back to the show for its survival. Please! Give me some Chair soon. I'm going crazy and having withdrawls. All of my friends think the current story line is BOOOOORING! There's no passion, spark, hot Chuck and Blair moments...nothing. Producers...please, throw the Chair devotees a bone!!!

Eh, I just feel bad for Louis. Nobody likes him or roots for him. I just wish his story line would be done so he doesn't have to suffer as a character anymore. It's just depressing to watch. He's such an underdog. And he's so sweet. Ugh, I feel awful about his character.

I really want Dair to be together that's the whole reason I watch Gossip girl. At least seasons 4 and 5. But I don't think they sleep together or that he's the father of her baby since Blair said that the baby was made out of love, so you know Dan's not the father but it would comes as a complete shock if it is Dan's baby cause they are so perfect for each other and I so want them to be together. So all you Dair fans out their don't give up and Dan and Blair being together. And I also think Blair is in denial on how she feels about Dan she just doesn't want to admit it cause she wants to become a princess so much that she pretended the father was Louie when I don't think it was. I think the only way for Blair to realize she's in love with Dan is if he says it first.

I hope it would be a Dair kiss cause I love Dan and Blair but if it is a Chuck and Blair kiss then yay I love Chair also. I also don't believe Dan is the father cause I am pretty sure they didn't sleep together I am more positive that its Chuck's baby not Dan or Louie. I also don't think Dan and Blair will ever get together, cause she doesn't seem to like him like that despite what everyone says I really don't think Dan and Blair are gonna get a chance with her being pregnant and all. I really hope Dan and Blair can get together but I don't think it will happen but I do think that Chuck and Blair will be the endgame.

This may sound kind of morbid, but what if the episode ends in Blair having a miscarriage after she kisses whoever she kisses? They keep saying that the Nov 14th episode is dark, maybe that is what happens. My theory is that Blair kisses Chuck (or Dan) by accident, Louis sees it, blows up, Blair is so shaken up and upset that she miscarries the baby.
Now, as for Serena. As much as I loved and adored Serena and Dan in the first season, the magic between them is just gone. They kind of solidified that tonight when she said he was the love of her life, and he dismissed it-- like she didn't know what she was talking about. She was broken hearted that she wasn't the love of Dan's life. But guess what- I remember Nate saying that she was the love of his a long, long time ago. I wouldn't be surprised if we saw that circle back this season... and I don't think I'd mind seeing them together, either.

Why do so many people think/hope that the baby is Dan's. I mean is he really more likely than Louis. Despite the speculation I think if we were really logical about this whole thing we'd realize the baby can't be Dan's. This dude could hardly handle it when he and Blair kissed, do you really think he wouldn't be freaking out if they'd had sex? And yet, he's been relatively normal if you don't count this infatuation with Blair (and in case anyone thought this might be me contradicting myself, let's be clear he'd felt that way long before they would've had sex). The scene he wrote in his book seemed more like wish fulfillment to me, but for the sake of sanity let's hope if they did have sex they were extremely careful! No offense to hardcore Dair fans, but this ain't Seth and Summer all over again - if Dan and Blair were ever going to get together it would have to be sans Blair's pregnancy.

I don't think it's a Dair kiss. Most likely to be Chair. Though, I'd prefer a Serenate one.
