i thought knight did a great job for such a cliche' episode. wish he would of gotten a little more air time to delve into the character, esp the killer brother. That last scene in the interrogation room was genius by both actors. he reminded me of younger kevin spacey.

Stabler was a psychotic thug of a "police detective". The last two seasons were nothing but a bad joke. The new one isn't exactly Emmy worthy television, but it's still a hell of a lot better than UnStabler and his psychotic rages.

This episode was terrible. Predictable, and the writer must have been a talentless moron. Seriously... the twin tries to rape the new blonde detective in the middle of a park path in the middle of a day, he doesn't hide his tattoo at all, and yet we're supposed to believe that he's never been caught before because he's some sort of master professional rapist. Also, the entire SVU unit was less efficient than a limp dick, only to make a stupid story seem compelling and tense when really they would have had no trouble proving his obvious guilt. Dumb, terrible, I miss Stabler, and while I realize a show like this is hit-or-miss, I'm surprised at the lack of concern the producers have for the level of skill in their writers. If you disagree you have low standards, or are stupid, ggkthx.

Rollins has yet to beat or choke a suspect or person of interest, so I'd say she's nothing like Stabler. Wanting to finish unfinished business, by catching a perp that she failed to track down back in Georgia, makes sense.
